MyWordz® for Members Subscriptions (Purchased via MyWordz.tech)
Subscriptions purchased through MyWordz.tech are processed by The Reading Hut Ltd via Stripe.
Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to a digital subscription service.
As MyWordz® for Members provides instant access to digital content and services, refunds are not normally offered once access has been granted, except where required under applicable law.

Access continues for the full 12-month membership cycle unless terminated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Subscriptions do not automatically renew.
Standalone MyWordz® with MySpeekie® App Purchases (App Store or Google Play)
Where MyWordz® with MySpeekie® is purchased as a standalone app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment is processed by the relevant platform provider.
Refund requests must be submitted directly through the relevant app store.
We do not process payments or refunds for purchases made through third-party app stores.
